Day 1
First, we travel to the lovely Dutch Village of Pella, Iowa. Tonight, we enjoy enchanting Dutch flavors with dinner at Central College in Pella. Then we will be staying two nights in Oskaloosa.

Day 2
Imagine the aroma of oven-fresh pastries, the chime of Klokkenspel carillon, storybook storefronts on the Village Square and treasured Old World landmarks. All this and more are part of our hosted open-air trolley tour of Pella! Traveling past tulip lanes and formal tulip gardens, we’ll even stop at Sunken Gardens. Next we tour the Historical Village and Vermeer Windmill. This tour features the grinding and observation level, a guided tour of the mill, the Wyatt Earp House, Dutch bakery, craft demonstrations, and beautiful tulip gardens. Grandstand tickets provide reserved seating for the parade and the stage show prior to parade time. The afternoon show features cheese market re-enactment, presentation of the colors, Dutch dancing and singing, Parade of Provinces style show, presentation of the Queen and her Court and the famous street scrubbing. Once the parade concludes, we make our way to the elegant Dutch home of Dominee H.P. Scholte, the founder of Pella, where we enjoy a tour of the 23-room mansion. Dinner will be at the Royal Amsterdam Hotel.

We share memories with our new friends as we return from our tour to the Pella Tulip Festival.
