Motor coach tour deposit due at time of booking: $50 per person. Cancellations from booking date to 45 days before departure result in $25 per person fee, cancellation less than 45 days result in $500 per person fee.

Tour Plan


Day 1 | The Barnes at Nappanee

Travel to Indiana Amish Country our home for the next three nights.  We arrive at The Barns at Nappanee-Home of Amish Acres in time for our Farm Feast Dinner before retiring to our rooms at the Countryside Inn. (D)

Day 2 | The Barnes at Nappanee

Following our continental breakfast enjoy a tour of the 1874 Homestead, a farm wagon ride and a buggy ride (weather permitting). Lunch in the Restaurant Barn.  Enjoy a countryside tour with a local step-on guide while you enjoy the sights and sounds of area Amish Farms clustered along the back roads of Nappanee followed by a stop at the Rentown Country Store.  Hear about the Holiday Traditions of the Amish. This evening, enjoy a Theatre Cast Reception with appetizers before dinner and A Musical Christmas Carol performed in the Majestic 1911 Round Barn Theatre. (CB,L,D)

Day 3 | The Barnes at Nappanee

After breakfast, visit a traditional Old-Order Mennonite Church followed with a visit to Martin’s Buggy Shop to see Amish buggies and sleighs being handmade.  Enjoy lunch before a Behind the Scenes tour of the Round Barn Theatre.  This afternoon enjoy shopping for that special Christmas gift at Coppes Commons and the The Barns Courtyard Shoppes followed by time to freshen up at the hotel.  This evening, whet your appetite with a wine tasting at The Vines before your hearty dinner.  Tap your toes this evening as you enjoy bluegrass  entertainment provided by Conley & Schmidt. Day 4 | Return Home

Enjoy breakfast before boarding our “rubber-wheeled sleigh” to return home, cherishing fond thoughts of our Christmas experience with the Amish. (CB)
