Tour Plan


Day 1: Memphis

Board our comfortable coach and travel south for our overnight in Memphis. You will have time to enjoy one of the most iconic streets in America - Beale Street.

Day 2: Gulf Shores

Arrive in Gulf Shores for a 5-night stay along the Gulf of Mexico at the brand new, luxurious, full-service Lodge at Gulf State Park Hilton Resort. (B)

Day 3: Gulf Shores - Wharf at Orange Beach

Journey to the southern-most point of Gulf Shores for a guided tour of Fort Morgan. Visit Gulf State Park’s Nature Center with a naturalist expert to learn about the coastal barrier habitat natural resources and their impact on the environment. Return to the Wharf at Orange Beach for dinner and to stroll the boardwalk like a local. You might want to ride the Gulf Coast’s tallest Ferris Wheel for tree-top views and gulf breezes! (B,D)

Day 4: Pensacola

We head to Pensacola for a guided tour of the world’s largest Naval Aviation museum. When we arrive we will visit the giant screen theater to see a movie, explore and have lunch at the Cubi Bar Cafe. We will enjoy a guided tour of restored aircraft representing Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard aviation. Then we travel to Orange Beach where we will board a catamaran for a dolphin cruise. (B,L)

Day 5: Biloxi

This morning we depart for Biloxi for a visit at the Beauvoir Estate. Meet your guide in period dress for a tour of the notable Jefferson Davis Home and Presidential Library including a walk through Mrs. Varina’s Garden. It has been arranged for us to have a boxed lunch which you will enjoy on the front porch if weather permits. We will visit the Biloxi Lighthouse before returning for a free afternoon to enjoy the beach. (B,L)

Day 6: Mobile

Spend the morning exploring 65 acres of year-round floral pageantry in a Southern estate garden during our visit to Bellingrath Gardens. Travel to Mobile, AL, the cultural center of the Gulf Coast, for a tour at GulfQuest: National Maritime Museum of the Gulf of Mexico, filled with immersive, interactive exhibits covering early settlements and trade routes, marine life, weather, shipbuilding and more. Celebrate our final night with a delicious dinner at the resort overlooking the Gulf waters! (B,D)

Day 7: Southaven

Bid farewell to the Gulf Shores! Arrive in Meridian, MS for lunch at Weidmann’s, serving southern cuisine in a historic setting. Be sure to enjoy the crock of peanut butter and crackers, a tradition since 1940. We arrive our destination for our overnight. (B,L)

Day 8: Graceland - Return Home

Following breakfast, we will stop in Memphis and have a self-guided tour of Elvis Presley’s Graceland. Take an unforgettable journey through the most famous rock’n’roll residence in the world. After lunch on your own sit back and relax as we journey home. (B)
