Days 1 and 2 | Dayton - Allentown

Our first overnight stop will be in Dayton, OH. On Day 2, we drive across the Appalachian Mountains into Pennsylvania. We will overnight in Allentown. (Day 2 - B)

Day 3 | Hyannis

We continue east today, crossing the Hudson River arriving in Hyannis in the late afternoon. We check into our hotel that will be our home for the next five nights. (B,D)

Day 4 | Provincetown - Chatham

We meet our local guide and travel historic Route 6A, the Old King’s Highway to Provincetown. We will visit the Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum before traveling to Chatham. After a full day of touring, we arrive back in Hyannis for the night. (B)

Day 5 | Hyannis - Sandwich

Today our local guide shows us the first Cape Towns, Hyannis and Sandwich. On our Hyannis Harbor Cruise, get to know local landmarks. Enjoy time on Main Street for lunch on your own. This afternoon travel to Sandwich, the oldest town on Cape Cod. At the Sandwich Glass Museum, watch molten glass be drawn from the furnace, blown and pressed into exquisite shapes and visit the museum shop. Dinner is included this evening at the Historic Dan’l Webster Inn. (B,D)

Day 6 | Duxbury - Plymouth

We depart for Duxbury with our local guide. Visit the Alden House and see the Myles Standish State Monument and Burial Ground. Travel a short distance to America’s Hometown-Plymouth. A picture stop will be made at the Forefather’s Monument. Enjoy some free time on the waterfront before going to Plymouth Plantation. Visit the living museum dedicated to recreating 17th century life. We enjoy a Traditional Turkey Dinner with all the fixings and enjoy a “Dress a Pilgrim” demonstration before returning to Hyannis for the evening. (B,D)

Day 7 | Plymouth

Today we travel back to Plymouth. Your local guide will point out many historical sights. A photo stop will be made at Plymouth Rock. Board a Lobster Tales Cruise to learn about the many creatures that live in Plymouth Harbor. Visit Pilgrim Hall Museum, the nation’s oldest continuously operating public museum. This evening has a Farewell Lobster Dinner included. (B,D)

Day 8 | Allentown

After breakfast this morning, we begin our journey back to the Midwest with an overnight in Allentown, PA. (B)

Day 9 | Columbus

Get ready for Hershey, Pennsylvania and Hershey Chocolate World. We take the automated tour ride and learn about the chocolate making process. Then travel across the state to the Flight 93 National Memorial, located at the site of the crash of United Airlines Flight 93, which was hi-jacked on September 11, 2001. Later in the afternoon, we continue to our overnight in Columbus, OH. (B)

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the trip home. (B)
