HOW TO MAKE RESERVATIONS

Two ways to reserve a tour:
1. Call Presley Tours at (800) 621–6100
2. Write to Presley Tours at:
P.O. Box 58
Makanda, IL 62958

Please provide the following information:
1. Your name, full address, telephone number
2. Name and date of tour
3. Number of reservations needed
4. Type of room accommodations (single, double, triple)
5. Your point of departure

Ways to Save
1. Guaranteed Share Program: Reserve a double room and Presley Tours will
arrange a roommate for you, offering considerable savings.
2. Triple & Quad pricing is also available on most tours.
3. Pay your entire final payment with cash or check and deduct $25 per
person off the total tour cost.

Please Note:
Our prices are based on two persons sharing a room, but if you are traveling alone, we can provide single-room prices. Or, if you wish, Presley Tours will find you a roommate and save you the price of single accommodations. On most tours, even if we are unable to find you a roommate, you still pay only the double room price. Should you, for any reason, find your roommate unacceptable, your tour escort will arrange a single room, whenever possible, at your own extra expense. “Will shares” are non-smoking rooms only.

Tours with special cancellation policies (as noted on itinerary page)Cancellation fees are determined by individual contractors and you will be charged according to their policy. A policy sheet will be sent with each reservation. We always recommend the purchase of trip interruption and cancellation insurance. Presley Tours will provide you with an application form when you make your reservation.

Refunds
One hundred percent refund for dissatisfaction will be given to a customer who leaves a tour within 72 hours of tour departure or within 24 hours if the tour is less than a week in duration. Under this refund policy, the person must take the next available flight or reasonable means of transportation directly to their home, paying the cost of the return transportation. On air tours, only the unused land portion can be refunded. If you leave the tour after the above specified times, refunds will be based on actual cost and not on a per-diem basis. Refunds will not be made for unused motor coach transportation, and some hotels must be paid if cancellations are made after departure date. All refunds will be calculated and issued by our office.

Itineraries
Each itinerary is carefully planned for your pleasure. Reservations are made and reconfirmed months before your arrival. Routes are carefully selected to utilize our interstate highway system and scenic off–the–beaten–paths. Rest stops are made every 2–2½ hours.
Any minor itinerary change will be noted on the fact sheet that is sent out 3-4 weeks prior to the tour. Substitutions will be made where possible and if not, a refund will be issued. If a major change occurs, we will notify you by mail as soon as we are aware of the change.

Travel Tips
Seat Rotation – Passengers on coach tours rotate seats once a day at the end of the day to give everyone an opportunity to sit in front and to meet new people across the aisle. Passengers who do not wish to rotate may sit in the back of the coach.

Luggage – Limited to one large bag per person (max weight of 50 lbs), plus a small overnight bag small enough to fit under the seat or on the overhead rack of the coach. We take care of your large piece of luggage for you; the small overnight bag is your responsibility. Although every effort is made to handle your baggage carefully, we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged articles, including luggage.

Medicine – It is advisable to have a supply with you to last the duration of the trip. This is particularly true when going out of the country and to Alaska.

Insurance – An optional low-cost accident, sickness, baggage and trip cancellation insurance plan is available to tour participants at the time of booking. We highly recommend such coverage for your protection.

Smoking Policy – We request that there be no smoking while on the motor coach. However, frequent rest stops are made for your convenience.

Mobility – If you have a physical limitation, please advise us when making a reservation.  Presley Tours tour directors and drivers cannot provide individual assistance for travelers using walkers, wheelchairs or motorized scooters.  For travelers requiring this individual assistance, an able companion must accompany the traveler to provide this assistance.
