RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
Deposit schedules are for program costs only. Air payment schedules are determined by the airlines’ policies.
Motor Coach Journeys
At time of reservation: $50 per person, refundable until 45 days prior to tour.
45 days prior to departure: Balance due
Journeys with Air or Cruise
At time of reservation: Deposit Varies
60 days prior to departure: Balance due
Programs with special events may require additional deposits and may be subject to alternate cancellation terms as indicated in the detailed itinerary.
If you make your reservation after the final balance is due, full payment will be collected at time of booking.
Our prices are based on two persons sharing a room, but if you are traveling alone, we can provide single-room prices. Or, if you wish, Presley Tours will find you a roommate and save you the price of single accommodations. On most tours, even if we are unable to find you a roommate, you still pay only the double room price. Should you, for any reason, find your roommate unacceptable, your tour escort will arrange a single room, whenever possible, at your own extra expense. Will shares are nonsmoking rooms only.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
Cancel more than 45 days before departure, the cancellation fee is $25 per person.
Cancel less than 45 days before departure cancellation fee is $500 per person.
Journeys with Air, Rail or Cruise
Cancellation of these tours will result in a fee. Cancellation fees are determined by the international contractors or the individual air, rail or cruise line. You’ll be charged according to their policy. We always recommend the purchase of trip interruption and cancellation insurance. One hundred percent refund for dissatisfaction will be given to a customer who leaves a tour within 72 hours of tour departure or within 24 hours if the tour is less than a week in duration. Under the 100% refund, the person must take the next available flight or reasonable means of transportation directly to their home, paying the cost of the return transportation. On air tours, only the unused land portion can be refunded. If you leave the tour after the above specified times, refunds will be based on actual cost and not on a per diem basis. Refunds will not be made for unused motor coach transportation and some hotels must be paid if cancellations are made after departure date. All refunds will be calculated and issued by our office.

COST OF THE TRIP DOES NOT INCLUDE
Air transportation; airport taxes; passport and visa expenses; laundry, wine, liquor, and all items of a personal nature; expenses of guides, buses or cars for sightseeing not included in the itinerary; excessive baggage charges; health, accident, baggage, and trip cancellation insurance; gratuity for any personal services; gratuity to the Travel Director; and other items not mentioned as being included.
Canada and Mexico
As of June 2009 when traveling outside the U.S., every traveler needs a valid passport. (Ex-Mexico, Canada, Cruises)
Illinois Real ID takes effect October 2020.
A valid passport is required. We recommend you apply for your passport early as it usually takes 4-6 weeks to acquire one. We obtain necessary visas for you without charge.
Carry an Alien Registration Card or valid Re-Entry Permit. Naturalized citizens require Naturalization Papers.
When traveling outside the U.S., every traveler needs a valid passport. Photo ID’s are required on domestic fly tours.
LIMITS ON PRESLEY TOURS’ RESPONSIBILITIES
Presley Tours acts solely as your agent in arranging your trip. We assume no liability in connection with any transportation services, restaurants, or lodging used for the duration of these tours. Presley Tours cannot be held responsible for the loss of or damage to, baggage or personal property. Presley Tours cannot be held responsible for any extra costs, liabilities or losses resulting from any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by delayed or canceled transportation services, changes in schedule, failure by providers of services included in Presley Tours’ itineraries to deliver promised or legally required services, strikes or other conditions beyond Presley Tours’ control. We reserve the right to make alterations to the itinerary; or to cancel any tour prior to departure and in such case our total obligation will be only to refund all payments made; or to refuse to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time. All services are subject to laws of any country in which these services are rendered.
Any airline may be used. These airlines will not be responsible for any act, omission, or event that transpires during the time passengers are not on board their plane or conveyance. The conditions of contract issued by the airline shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the passengers on Presley Tours.
