Guaranteed Satisfaction
We want you to be totally satisfied with your Presley Tour. If you’re not, we’ll refund 100 percent of all monies paid, provided we are notified within the first 72 hours of your tour departure (24 hours on tours under a week). Your only expense would be return transportation of your choice.
Presley’s Tour Directors Ensure Your Satisfaction
Our tour directors receive annual training before the start of every new travel season, focusing on our standards and your satisfaction. They are trained travel experts who will tell you the history, highlights and fascinating, little-known facts about the places you visit, and they will cheerfully answer your questions and help you with any personal needs. In fact, your tour director’s number-one job is to make your tour as pleasant as possible.
Who Travels on Presley Tours?
The people you travel with can make a tremendous difference in the enjoyment of your vacation. On a Presley Tour, whether it’s your first tour or your 15th, you’ll meet new people who are warm and friendly, many of whom share similar interests. You’ll enjoy the congenial atmosphere of a small group and the ease with which you meet new friends. What starts as a diverse group of individuals quickly becomes a family.
A Focus on Value
Every tour is designed to provide our customers with great value. We select lodging that is conveniently located, modern, clean and reasonably priced. We include the majority of meals on each tour, again focusing on convenient, good-quality food at reasonable prices. Where possible, we choose restaurants that reflect the local cuisine and atmosphere. Our motor coaches feature the latest touring designs to ensure your comfort and best viewing. All coaches are air conditioned and lavatory equipped. All sightseeing and admissions included in the advertised itinerary are prearranged and priced into the cost of your tour. We arrange the itineraries with free time for individual interests, including independent meals. Of course, the tour director is always available to help you make your individual selections. We take care of all the details so you can relax and enjoy your vacation.
If You Are Traveling Alone
Most of our tours include individuals traveling alone. Our tour directors will make every effort to ensure that you feel comfortable and quickly become part of the group. If you desire a savings from the cost of single accommodations, we offer our guaranteed share program. In most cases, even if we can’t find a roommate, you’ll pay only the cost of a shared room.
Traveling with Your Group
If you plan to travel with a group of friends or with one of the clubs or associations you belong to, we would be happy to assist you. We have handled special interest groups of all types for many years and fully understand the needs of a preformed group. Just contact our group department for more details.

Travel Tips
Seat Rotation
Passengers on coach tours rotate seats once a day to give everyone an opportunity to sit in front and to meet new people across the aisle. Passengers who do not wish to rotate may sit in the back of the coach.
Luggage
Limited to one large bag per person (weight limit of 50 pounds), plus a small overnight bag small enough to fit under the seat or on the overhead rack of the coach or airplane. We take care of your large piece of luggage for you. The small overnight bag is your responsibility. Although every effort is made to handle your baggage carefully, we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged articles, including luggage.
Medicine
It is advisable to have a supply with you to last the duration of the trip. This is particularly true when going out of the country and to Alaska.
Insurance
An optional low-cost accident, sickness, baggage and trip cancellation insurance plan is available to tour participants at the time of booking. We highly recommend such coverage for your protection.
Smoking Policy
We request that there be no smoking while on the motor coach. However, frequent rest stops are made for your convenience.
