Day 1 | Bartlesville
We begin our journey by heading west today to Bartlesville, OK. After checking in at our hotel, we enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. (D)
Day 2 | Pawhuska
Today we visit The Pioneer Woman Mercantile in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. "The Merc" has gorgeous goods, comfort foods, freshly made pastries, delicious coffee and plenty of fun to dish out. Later this afternoon, we depart for 2 nights in the Dallas area. (B)
Day 3 | Waco
Following breakfast, we depart for Waco, TX. Our first stop will be the Dr Pepper Museum. A Dr Pepper Educator will provide an introduction to the Dr Pepper Museum followed by time to explore the museum buildings, gift shop and soda fountain before picking up a bottle of Dr Pepper. Our next stop is Magnolia Market at the Silos, owned by Chip and Joanna Gaines, hosts of HGTV's Fixer Upper show. This afternoon our local guide will show us around Waco before we make our way back to our hotel in Dallas. (B)
Day 4 | Dallas to Little Rock
This morning, a local guide joins us for a Dallas highlights tour. We see the West End Historic District, Dealey Plaza, site of the JFK tragedy, the Kennedy Memorial, Pioneer Plaza and more. We continue our journey to Little Rock, Arkansas. This evening we are served up food, fun and fabulous live entertainment at Murry's Dinner Playhouse. (B,D)
Day 5 | Little Rock to Return Home
This morning, we have a guided tour of the Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock. All too soon, it's time to make our way home with fond memories of new friends and experiences. (B)
